Yes, and your slides are just the start. We can also build the template, write or refine the story, redesign the infographics, and guide you through the process of preparing and sharing information with your audience.
Three simple words: discover, create, refine. We dive into your current PowerPoint decks, branding, and the goals of your presentation. We create the deck, which can include anything from simple redesigns to total overhauls. Finally, we take your feedback and refine the work to make sure you (and your team) feel great about presenting it.
Well, that all depends. We always price by project, not by the slide. There’s no one way to scope a presentation, because each project is quoted based on your specific needs. If you want to give your slides a new look, that might cost less than a template refresh or custom infographic. We can also let you know what’s feasible within a set budget range.
We can offer a variety of services depending on your unique needs. Obviously our designers can whip up some amazing slides, but we can help write or refine the story and content, adjust (or build) a template for your presentation, add animations, create videos – basically, we will support every aspect of your presentation. We can also help complementary materials like one-pagers, messaging strategy, and beyond. The sky (and your budget) is the limit.
We get it, timelines are always tight. That’s why we’re set up to move quickly, and can finish small projects like simple slide redesigns in a week (or less). For bigger projects, like templates or keynotes, the timeline might extend out a bit. If you have a specific deadline, we’ll do our best to get your presentation ready for your big day.
Yes! Presentations are fluid, iterative documents, and rarely live on without edits. That’s why everything we create is built so that you can fully edit any aspect of your presentation. That said, we’re also happy to help you update your presentation as needed. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
If you need a presentation, we’ll work with you. Our typical clients are enterprises in the tech, healthcare, and CPG industries, but you’d be hard pressed to find an industry that we haven’t worked with. From Series A pitches to highly-technical presentations and multi-person Investor Day presentations, we’ve partnered with businesses for every type of presentation imaginable.
Our clients trust us with some of their most sensitive business data, so we work hard to maintain that trust. In addition to signing an NDA, we regularly review and update our security process.
We’re presentation designers first and foremost, so we’re comfortable with all the major programs. But we’re gonna say something controversial – PowerPoint is the best. It offers the greatest flexibility, is most compatible with many enterprise IT systems, and it’s what most of our clients rely on. We do work in Google Slides, but it’s not as robust a solution as PowerPoint. And while we can design your keynote address, we don’t work in Keynote.
Experience, passion, and expertise. Our team has deep expertise in design, content and strategy, with decades of experience supporting global brands. And after long careers in traditional advertising and branding agencies, we saw how many brands relied on presentations that didn’t do justice to their work. That’s why we didn’t start a “do it all” type agency that also offers presentation design – we focused on doing one thing, and doing it really well. We’re presentation designers first and foremost, and it shows in our work.
