Our team is growing, and now we are looking for an exceptionally organized and creatively-minded person to help us start the next chapter of our story.


We’re searching for a Project Manager who wants to have a direct hand in growing a business and shaping a team. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be a part of building something; a person with a positive attitude and a take-charge outlook.


Because we’re small, we need someone who wants to wear many hats. You’ll be managing day-to-day projects and ongoing client relationships. This includes everything from gathering and communicating all the information the team needs to complete client requests, and communicating progress back to clients. You’ll also be coordinating schedules, proofreading PowerPoints, even helping us create entirely new lines of business.


This is a traditional role for non-traditional people. It’s a job for an organizational thinker who wants to flex their creative muscles. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to be a leader, not someone who wants to be told what to do. And it’s a chance to make your mark and grow alongside our team.


About You

Our ideal candidate has a healthy balance of experience and passion. You probably have between 5-10 years of experience in agencies or other marketing/design shops. This would include a firm grasp of many standard agency tasks, like tracking time, managing budgets, and overseeing multiple client relationships and projects, both internally and externally.


You should be able to direct daily work and keep the team on track using our project management software as one of the tools in your toolbox. We’re currently using monday.com, so if you’re familiar, that’s amazing. If not, you can learn.


This may seem obvious, but you should be proficient in presentation tools like PowerPoint, (we are a presentation design company after all), as well as have general tech literacy and a command of commonly used applications.


Presentation design operates with slightly different expectations and timelines than traditional advertising. So you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to think on your feet all the time. We typically work on a large number of projects for a large number of clients, so you’ll need strong organizational skills to manage a broad and complex workload. Problem-solving is a key skill for this role: you’ll need the agility to quickly respond and adapt to changing client requests.


Because of the personal nature of presentation design, we are very hands-on with our approach to client service. An optimistic attitude and a willingness to tackle every project with a smile will be your best tools in this role.
